Don't tell me shit

I had another break down and I start to worry about how normal it feels to be sad. Of course, it hurts like hell, but still seems like it was nothing special. I can't really explain it but I know that you probably won't understand me and I'll get useless comments: think positive. This expression doesn't exist for me, because I can't see any colors and even if, it stops matter whenever I feel so bad. So please, get out with these stupid advices. I have big hopes, but I prefer to think about the worse scenario, yet do my best rather than feel dissapointment when I fail. It gives me a bit more happiness.
